You, yes you, do you know who you really are? In our life, most of ourbehavior and actions are heavily influenced by our surroundings, whether it is the norms or the family rules, etc. Thus we usually act according to what is acceptable in our society. This habit has become automatic for us, when we encounter an option in life we immediately think of the most acceptable or easy solution so we feel accepted in the society and normal. The way we lives, has make us think less and less about what we are doing. Most of the time if we see that it is ok for others to do it then it is ok for us. For example do you know why people smoke? They know its bad and the fact is everywhere but they just keep doing it. This is what I call “drifting”, which is a routine that pleased the body as long as it is acceptable in the society and many people are doing it, its fine.
